We do not accept returns on any products once delivered.

Exchange Policy (Only for Defective/Damaged Items)

We offer exchange only in case of:

  • Defective product
  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must record a clear video while opening the package (unboxing video is mandatory)
  • The issue must be visible in the video proof
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

How to Request an Exchange
